A new signature scent and sound refresh the University's image

To unify its community and increase its outreach in France and worldwide, Université Côte d'Azur has expanded its brand by adding a new signature scent and sound.

Université Côte d'Azur has decided to explore olfactory and sonic dimensions to create a unifying and memorable imprint, and thus strengthen its brand locally and internationally.

Our signature scent: an ode to the Mediterranean

Université Côte d'Azur's atmospheric scent, born from the union of knowledge and nature, embodies the floral splendor of our Mediterranean region. At the heart of this composition is the mimosa, an emblematic flower of the Mediterranean coast. Delicate and intoxicating, the scent of Université Côte d'Azur is an invitation to set out on a fragrant journey through the sun-filled landscapes of the French Riviera.

Fleur d'Azur is a fresh, floral and marine fragrance that wraps you in an azure breeze, instantly transporting you to sun-drenched shores. Each note of this fragrance reveals the core values of Université Côte d'Azur: boldness, commitment and innovation.

Presented in a sober and elegant case, the perfume is available in two formats:
•    A diffuser with natural wooden sticks to slowly release its enchanting fragrance.
•    A spray to diffuse a few whiffs when the mood strikes.

Each bottle holds Université Côte d'Azur's promise to spread academic and scientific excellence throughout the world and invite everyone to discover the beauty of our region.
This signature scent was created by students of the MSc Management of the Flavor & Fragrance Industry (Class of 2023) under the direction of the Institute of Innovation and Partnership Aromas, Perfumes, Cosmetics.

Our signature sound: Dare to create

The Université Côte d'Azur signature-manifesto takes on a new dimension with the sound imprint it now leaves behind. The signature sound is resolutely modern. It summons the future by playing with echoing tones.
The result of an innovative approach and of in-house engineering, this musical creation, which reflects the DNA and vision of Université Côte d'Azur, will be included in all our communications.
The students who composed this unique and original music were inspired by the values and ambitions of Université Côte d'Azur and the riches of the Mediterranean region.
The signature sound was created by students of the MSc Music Production and Sound Design for Visual Media (class of 2023), under the direction of Jean-François Trubert, Professor of Musicology at the CREATES Graduate School for Arts and Humanities. The National Orchestra of Cannes and our partner DOLBY ensured optimal recording of the signature sound.

With this signature sound and fragrance, Université Côte d'Azur opens a new door to a unique and memorable experience that unifies its community and expands its international outreach.
