Ulysseus European University recently strengthened its international strategy by signing two Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) with the University of Đà Nẵng (Vietnam) and Laval University (Quebec, Canada) aimed at developing cooperation in the fields of education, research and innovation.

The Ulysseus European University is an alliance between the University of Seville (Spain), the University of Genoa (Italy), Université Côte d'Azur (France), the Technical University of Košice (Slovakia), MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® (Austria), the Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences (Finland), the University of Münster (Germany) and the University of Montenegro (Montenegro).

With the signature of these agreements, the partners confirm their desire to develop cooperation in the fields of education, research and innovation within the context of the European Alliance and, more specifically, the Innovations Hubs. The Innovation Hubs are designed to address six specific research and development challenges shared with the regions and cities where they are located. They centralize all the collaborative and cooperative activities growing out of the Ulysseus community and its partners.

The partnership of Đà Nẵng University and Université Laval with Ulysseus will expand the Alliance's international outreach, but it will also give both universities better access to a community with a total of 225,475 students and over 15,000 researchers.

Université Côte d'Azur is delighted with this association, and all the more because Đà Nẵng University and Université Laval have had strong ties and a special relationship with Université Côte d'Azur for many years. The partnership is a concrete example of how Ulysseus can nurture and strengthen the international outreach strategy of the Université Côte d'Azur community.
