Université Côte d'Azur and the University of Utah have signed a global institutional partnership agreement, paving the way for exciting joint programs and exceptional academic exchanges.
A delegation led by the President of Université Côte d'Azur, Prof. Jeanick Brisswalter, visited the University of Utah to define the trajectory of a global institutional partnership. The visit, which ended with the signing of an agreement between the two Presidents, was the result of preparatory work including several exploratory visits on both sides of the Atlantic by the governance and management teams of both universities.
As part of the IdEx International Program, the teams will be working over the coming months on the deployment of several joint programs on the following themes:
Archaeology and the relationship between science and society with the Natural History Museum
In this context, please let us know of any existing collaborations or collaborations you would like to set up with colleagues at the University of Utah.
In the short term, starting in January, Université Côte d'Azur will be welcoming the first cohort of Utah students for a semester dedicated to film and audiovisual studies, as part of a coordinated initiative with the Graduate School CREATES. This new international Track will enhance the pedagogical excellence of our courses. It will also forge lasting academic links between CREATES and the Film and Media Studies Chair at the University of Utah, including in the context of the Cannes and Sundance Film Festivals. Students from Université Côte d'Azur will be able to join this program and obtain credits and certifications from the University of Utah without additional registration fees. Eventually, student mobility to Salt Lake City under the same conditions may be offered.
