AI Cluster 3IA Côte d’Azur Days 2026

The AI Cluster 3IA Côte d'Azur invites its scientific community to the AI Cluster 3IA Côte d'Azur Days 2026, taking place on 24 and 25 September 2026 in Sophia Antipolis. This annual event brings together researchers, PhD students, postdoctoral fellows and partners to showcase the latest scientific advances, foster collaboration and discuss the major challenges shaping the future of artificial intelligence.

A showcase for AI research and innovation

Over two days, participants will explore the latest achievements of the AI Cluster through presentations of its three research axes: Core Elements of AI, AI for Health, and AI for Secure and Smart Spaces. The programme also highlights the work of the Cluster's PhD students and postdoctoral researchers through dedicated poster sessions, alongside presentations by the new 2025 Chairs, industrial success stories and demonstrations from the AI Cluster 3IA Côte d'Azur Techpool.

The event will also provide an opportunity to discover the Cluster's education and training offer and strengthen connections across the Université Côte d'Azur research community.

Addressing today's key AI challenges

Beyond scientific presentations, the AI Cluster 3IA Côte d'Azur Days feature keynote lectures and round-table discussions focusing on the societal, economic and ethical dimensions of artificial intelligence.

Among the highlights are discussions on "The AI Dilemma: Economic Model, Security, and What's at Stake" with Joëlle Toledano, and "AI Ethics and Regulation", bringing together internationally recognised experts including Alexei Grinbaum, Claude Kirchner and Juliette Sénéchal. The event will also welcome keynote speaker Artur d'Avila Garcez (City University London).
