A program supported by three major players at Université Côte d’Azur
The CRT program is distinguished by its unique structure, based on the joint involvement of three essential components:
EUR LIFE (University Research School), a driving force for scientific excellence in the life sciences;
the Faculty of Medicine, dedicated to training future healthcare professionals and medical research;
the Antoine Lacassagne Center, a leading cancer center at the forefront of clinical and therapeutic advances.
This collaboration illustrates the ability of Université Côte d'Azur to unite its forces around a major public health issue.
At the interface between the laboratory and the patient: translational research in action
The Cancerology and Translational Research program is part of a resolutely modern approach: bringing together fundamental research and clinical practice to accelerate the transfer of scientific discoveries into new diagnostic and treatment strategies.
The courses, taught jointly by researchers and doctors, address the major challenges currently facing oncology: cancer biology, innovative therapies, personalized medicine, clinical research, and more.
An illustration of Université Côte d'Azur's commitment to fighting cancer
Through this program, Université Côte d'Azur reaffirms its commitment to the fight against cancer by helping to train, bring together, and develop skills at the crossroads of science and healthcare. This program also demonstrates the rich synergies between the university's departments and the region's hospitals in the service of health research and innovation.
