EFELIA Côte d’Azur Mobility Scholarships: Launch of the 2026–2027 Campaign

The purpose of this scholarship is to support students and doctoral candidates in undertaking a mobility program focused on professional development or research in the field of AI.

EFELIA Côte d’Azur offers up to 20 Mobility Grants worth up to €2,000 per person.

Who is eligible to apply?
The Mobility Grant is open to students in their third year of a bachelor’s degree, master’s, or doctoral program at Université Côte-d’Azur, of any nationality and with no age restrictions.
The mobility activity must:
  • take place as part of the academic program and in the field of AI
  • have a professional or research component
  • last a minimum of two months
The mobility period must end no later than August 31, 2027. Students in work-study programs are not eligible for the Mobility Grant.

Please note: for Doctoral students, this grant is intended to fund participation in an AI-related summer school (excluding conferences).


How to Apply?

The application must be submitted in PDF format, as a single file via email to: EFELIA.bourses@univ-cotedazur.fr and must include:
  • a resume
  • transcripts from years of higher education
  • a cover letter outlining your academic background and mobility project
  • a certificate of enrollment or proof of admission issued by the institution
  • a certificate confirming that you are not receiving any other scholarships (form to be completed)
You may include additional documents such as letters of recommendation or a letter from the host institution. Supporting documents may also be submitted to take into account your socioeconomic situation or disability (tax assessment notice, bank statement, scholarship certificate, proof of disability recognition, RQTH, certificate from the MDPH, etc.).
 

Timeline

  • 1st application period: September 2 to October 18, 2026
  • Second application period: January 4 to February 12, 2027
Important: The two grants cannot be combined.
