This training program is designed for accounting professionals seeking a career change, recent graduates in accounting or real estate, property management accounting assistants, as well as executives and managers looking to enhance their skills. The program teaches participants how to prepare year-end financial statements, develop and monitor budgets, and process accounting transactions in accordance with current regulations. It combines the expertise of industry professionals and faculty from Université Côte d’Azur with hands-on practice using industry-specific software.

A certification to enhance your skills

This training program is eligible for the Personal Training Account (CPF) and contributes toward the renewal of the professional license required to work as a condominium property manager. Subject to passing the assessments, it leads to a certificate of completion for the RNCP 35375BC04 competency module, which focuses on the preparation of an organization’s accounting, tax, and social security reports.
