Your administrative registration at the University
From July 7, 2025 at 1:30 pm, you can register online. To do this, you must first pay the CVEC (Contribution à la Vie Étudiante et de Campus). To get the best possible support for your course of study and student profile, visit the Registration page.
Once you have completed your registration, you will have access to the student intranet. This is where you'll find all the information and tools you need for your university life: school certificate and student card, timetable, university messaging system, news feeds and teaching tools.
To access it, you must use your digital identity (login and password) generated after activation of your Sésame account.
The Student Passport is an essential first step in your university career. This online module, which is compulsory for all 1st year students, supports you in your transition from high school to university, and serves as a useful guide for all students at the University.
Accessible from July 25, 2025 via the Moodle course platform, it provides you with concrete guidance on methodology, pedagogical expectations, digital tools and the services available to you.
