Led by Université Côte d’Azur (FR), with the collaboration of SKEMA Business School (FR) and the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (GER), the DMaLSE project aims to design and deliver a Master-level program for professionals involved, now or in the future, in the management of nuclear decommissioning projects.
The international scientific workshop aims to establish the syllabus of the DMaLSE training by exploring the state of the art in the field of complex project management, leadership for safety, knowledge management, and ethics & stakeholder engagement and discussing the implications for decommissioning projects. It serves as a platform to facilitate collaborative discussions and foster research partnerships among scientists from diverse disciplines and industry experts, including operators and regulators in the nuclear field.
