On 5 and 6 June 2025, IMREDD - Université Côte d'Azur will be hosting the ‘ONE HEALTH: Well-Being and Sustainability in the Blue Economy’ event in Nice, organised as a B2B satellite event of the United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC 2025).

This meeting is aimed at companies, research centres, institutions and players involved in the sustainable transformation of coastal areas. It will bring together participants from France, Monaco and Italy to promote cross-border cooperation on issues relating to health, marine ecosystems and innovation in the blue economy.

Objectives:

  •  To encourage the emergence of concrete collaborations between the worlds of research and business;
  •  To encourage the pooling of skills and resources to advance solutions for more sustainable coastal development, integrating the dimensions of human well-being and environmental preservation.

There are two ways to take part:

  1.  Participation is by application, and includes active formats such as project presentations, collaborative workshops and B2B meetings;
  2.  Participation is free on the mornings, so that participants can discover the projects presented and discuss them with other participants.
The event is being held on 5 and 6 June 2025 on the IMREDD campus in Nice. It forms part of the wider preparatory work for UNOC 2025, by creating a space dedicated to exchanges between players in coastal innovation on a regional and Mediterranean scale.
