Embark on an immersive, gourmet experience that blends theater, music, fine dining, and scientific discoveries. A banquet unlike any other, where every scene and every flavor sparks your curiosity.

A Custom-Designed Theatrical and Culinary Menu 

In collaboration with the theater company Les Collectionneurs, this opening night event features an original interactive format: “à la carte theater.” The concept consists of a series of short scenes drawn from both classical and contemporary repertoires, accompanied by live music and organized as a menu selected throughout the evening. 

Bridging the gaps between art, science, and the palate 

Between scenes, researchers from the Université Côte d'Azur will speak on topics related to the themes explored in the performance and the tastings offered. Awaken your senses and your curiosity during a unique encounter with research.
