Studio Fleuve

Studio Fleuve was founded by a small team of three computer enthusiasts, brought together by a shared passion: creating, testing, and bringing digital projects to life.

First and foremost developers, they are currently pursuing their engineering degrees at Polytech while simultaneously building a structure capable of meeting real-world needs. Their ambition is clear: to develop their own products, but also to support other innovators and companies in creating custom web solutions and applications.

Studio Fleuve thus presents itself as a young development studio that is both agile and ambitious. Its work revolves around two main areas. On one hand, internal projects, conceived from the team’s own insights or frustrations. On the other, client projects, ranging from small-scale services to larger collaborations with companies or entrepreneurs. The goal isn’t just to code, but to help bring to life a useful, coherent product that’s well-suited to its market. This approach has already helped them secure several contracts.

LiveMate, a flagship product for Studio Fleuve

Studio Fleuve’s flagship product is called LiveMate , an app born out of a very simple frustration: not always being able to find someone to go to a concert or festival with. The founders realized they weren’t the only ones in this situation. By observing conversations on social media, they noticed that many people shared this challenge, simply because they didn’t have friends or family members with similar musical tastes in their circle. It was from this real-world need that they devised a solution.

LiveMate lists music events in France and allows users to indicate their interest in a concert or festival, specify whether they plan to attend, how they’ll get there, and where they’re coming from. The app thus facilitates connections between people with similar tastes, while opening the door to practical arrangements like carpooling. Beyond the community aspect, LiveMate also aims to highlight events of all sizes—from major festivals to more local music gatherings—by fostering connections around a shared passion: music.

Already available on the Play Store and the App Store, LiveMate has begun to build an initial user community. Without a formal marketing campaign so far, the app already has several hundred registered users—a sign that the need is very real. To accelerate its development, Studio Fleuve is now focusing on two key strategies: raising awareness of the app and forging partnerships with concert venues, festivals, and other players in the music industry. The proposed business model relies in particular on sponsored placements, allowing organizers to promote their events to an audience that is already targeted and interested.

The Côte d’Azur ecosystem: a major support for the studio

Studio Fleuve’s journey has been supported by Pépite Méditerranée , which provided them with access to a network, opportunities, and visibility they likely wouldn’t have achieved on their own. Their presence at the Delta Festival not only allowed them to introduce LiveMate to its first users but also to raise Studio Fleuve’s profile among other entrepreneurs, ultimately leading to their first clients. Pépite’s close collaboration with La Bastide Rouge , an incubator dedicated to creators in the cultural and creative industries, enabled them to secure office space and launch their development studio operations. Already generating significant revenue, they will begin taking on interns (whom they will pay) next month and hope to hire a work-study student at the start of the next school year.

What’s next? Once their studies are complete, the three founders plan to devote themselves fully to the venture, while maintaining, if necessary, a side job to secure their early days. True to their approach, they also continue to explore new ideas. Among them is an AI-powered assistant designed for tradespeople, capable of transforming a simple WhatsApp voice message into a quote or initial estimate in under two minutes. Further proof that, at Studio Fleuve, every idea can become a testing ground—and perhaps, one day, a real product.
