In a rapidly changing world marked by climate, digital, and social challenges, the University intends to play its role as a key player in these transitions and affirms a vision in which excellence is not an end in itself but a lever for creating impact.

The 2030 Strategic Plan is part of an ambition for transformation and impact 

It is based on nine strategic commitments:

1. Strengthening and steering an educational program at the heart of major regional and international challenges
2. Amplifying research excellence: ambition, attractiveness, impact, and the emergence of new scientific themes
3. Increasing impact to support regional development
4. Developing our international standing and participation in building the European Higher Education and Research Area
5. Fostering a fulfilling and successful student experience
6. Taking action to promote health, well-being, and harmonious community life
7. Making human resources a driver of attractiveness, transformation, and sustainability
8. Simplifying and transforming the institution to adapt it to the new challenges of higher education and research
