On Tuesday October 14, the Université Côte d'Azur's Mission Handicap welcomed the Club des employeurs conventionnés du Fonds pour l'insertion des personnes handicapées dans la Fonction publique (FIPHFP) to the Grand Château on the Valrose campus for a day on the theme of "Recruitment".
Organized by Handi-Pacte PACA-Corse and Université Côte d'Azur, the day brought together a number of representatives of public-sector employers with FIPHFP agreements in Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur(human resources managers, directors, disability correspondents, disability mission managers, etc.).
A day of co-construction and exchange around the recruitment of disabled people
The day began with introductory remarks by Thierry Allemand, representative of the Fonds pour l'Insertion des Personnes Handicapées dans la Fonction Publique (FIPHFP), and Pierre Crescenzo, Vice-President of Disability Policy at Université Côte d'Azur. The morning continued with a round-table discussion entitled "Gateways to employment", bringing togetherESRP Le Coteau, ESAT Open Provence and CFA Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur. The first part of the day ended with a convivial cocktail lunch.
The afternoon was devoted to collaborative workshops around three key themes:
Attractiveness,
Sourcing,
Raising awareness of disability issues among juries and recruiters.
