This agreement, signed during the UNOC3 diplomatic discussions, strengthens cooperation between the two universities in terms of student and researcher mobility, and announces the launch of several research programs.
Dr Gerardo Jiménez Porras, Vice-Rector for Research at the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, and Cécile Sabourault, Vice-President for International Development and Europe at Université Côte d'Azur, signed the agreement following a site-event co-organized by the two universities on the theme "Lessons learned about ocean management from tropical experiences".
