Université Côte d'Azur and the Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants (CJD) Nice officially signed a partnership agreement on November 27, 2025 on the Valrose campus, aimed at bringing the academic and business worlds closer together, in the service of students' professional integration and the development of entrepreneurship in the region.
This unprecedented partnership mobilizes the strengths of the university and those of CJD Nice to encourage exchanges between students, alumni, teachers, professional integration services and business leaders. It provides for joint actions to promote training courses, develop work-study programs, understand companies' skills needs and strengthen the link between teaching and economic realities.
At the heart of the agreement, the two partners are also committed to supporting the entrepreneurial spirit. In particular, the Nice CJD will contribute to the creation of a network of mentors and coaches to support entrepreneurial project leaders, in particular within the framework of the PEPITE program. The university will also involve CJD members in its events dedicated to entrepreneurship, such as the regional PEPITE awards.
Finally, the partnership includes a philanthropic component, including the mobilization of the CJD network for the collection of the taxe d'apprentissage and the dissemination of Fondation Université Côte d'Azur initiatives.
Through this collaboration, Université Côte d'Azur and CJD Nice are affirming a shared ambition: to create lasting synergies for the benefit of young people, higher education and local businesses.
"This partnership with CJD Nice is a perfect illustration of our determination to bring the university and the business world ever closer together. By mobilizing our respective strengths, we are creating new opportunities for our students, while offering companies direct access to the talent and skills they need. Together, we are strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit, professional integration and innovation in our region. "Jeanick Brisswalter, President of Université Côte d'Azur
