A project that's coming to an end, but a device that's only just begun!

Winner of the AMI Émergences competition launched by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation in 2022, the ESPOIR project has just come to an end.
ESPOIR consists of setting up a library of multi-disciplinary and cross-disciplinary courses (the Switch) on social and environmental challenges, common to all our Masters courses.
The ESPOIR project began with a diagnosis of EUR's training offer in terms of employability, in order to identify the skills that are in demand and that can be exploited in today's job market. The EUR teaching and educational team then co-constructed the Switch course offering on an interdisciplinary basis, and tested it with student participation thanks to the "ESPOIR Bonus" over the 2023-2024 year.

The ESPOIR project is therefore the creation of an even more decompartmentalized, cross-disciplinary and innovative training offer. The aim is to facilitate students' employability by putting them back at the heart of their training, allowing them to choose courses in semesters 1, 2 and 3:
  • which will boost their skills by enabling them to explore several different themes
    OR
  • that will enable them to deepen their expertise in a particular theme, and possibly add a minor to their diploma

It's the end of ESPOIR, but with the start of the new school year in September, the Switch begins for all our Master's students...
