The Observatoire de la Côte d'Azur was involved in the project to obtain the label, and the HRS4R action plans of the partner EPSTs were integrated into the process. Obtaining the HRS4R label also enables us to support the HR strategy of the Ulysseus European University as a pilot institution.

Our aim now is to implement our action plan with and for the benefit of the community, by pursuing the dynamic of continuous improvement enshrined in the label and the strategic plan. An internal review of your action plan will be carried out in two years' time.
