Université Côte d'Azur meets the Alliance of World Universities U7+ (UM6P)

Under the impetus of its Excellence Initiative, the University took part in the Alliance of World Universities U7+ meeting to prepare for the next #G7summit to be held in Italy in June 2024.

The meeting took place from January 31 to February 1, 2024 in Marrakech, hosted by UM6P (Mohammed VI Polytechnic University).
On this occasion, Professor Jean-Christophe Martin, Director of the Institute for Peace and Development and holder of the UNESCO P2D Chair, reviewed the progress made by the Peace and Security working group.
Numerous exchanges also focused on climate issues and sustainable development, access to higher education and the role of university students in societal debates. The international alliance of universities has a shared ambition: to provide solutions for decision-makers.
