With the start of the new academic year, Université Côte d'Azur is reaffirming its commitment to its international students through a range of measures designed to facilitate their integration. This approach illustrates the extent to which the international dimension is at the heart of our university's identity.
Welcome and integration events
Information webinars: from the end of August and the beginning of September, online sessions enable international students to ask practical questions and receive guidance.
Welcome Party : a festive occasion to meet new people and discover university services in a convivial atmosphere.
Forums and welcome days : organized on campus, these bring together departments, teachers and student associations to facilitate integration.
Ongoing support for integration
Multilingual welcome guide: a welcome guide in several languages (French, English, Spanish) accompanies international students from the moment they arrive, to help them settle in and understand university life.
Tutoring / Meeters / Peer networks: Université Côte d'Azur mobilizes a network of tutors or mentors (student volunteers), often called meeters, to support international students in their first steps.
International Incoming Support (IIS) : the Bureau des Relations Internationales (BRI) is a privileged point of contact for international students. Located on campuses, they relay information, provide on-call services and guarantee local assistance.
The international dimension at the heart of our corporate project
With over 6,000 international students representing 145 nationalities, Université Côte d'Azur is positioned as an institution open to the world, where the international dimension is an essential part of its identity and student experience. It is the coherence and richness of our hosting arrangements that distinguish the University in its international dimension.
