Distinction FIPHFP
Distinction FIPHFP

This recognition took place at the ceremony celebrating the 20th anniversary of the FIPHFP (Fonds pour l'Insertion des Personnes Handicapées dans la Fonction Publique), on September 25 in Marseille.

Represented by Pierre Crescenzo, Vice President Disability Policy, Université Côte d'Azur received two symbolic "diplomas" in recognition of its actions in :
  1. Recruitment of people with disabilities,
  2. and Job retention, a key aspect of the HR policy implemented by the Human Resources Department (DRH) through Mission Handicap.
These awards testify to a strong collective commitment to enabling all disabled employees to work with peace of mind, in the best possible conditions, and to develop their skills to the full.
