On Tuesday December 02, a ceremony was held to award the "HandiManagement" label to some thirty students in the MIAGE 3 Bachelor's degree program, at the end of a training program lasting several weeks and delivered by Companieros on their own time.

Awarded by Companieros, as part of its training courses dedicated to disability in the workplace, this label is financed by voluntary companies committed to these issues. For this session, Amadeus and SII were partners, providing financial support for the training and taking part in the official award ceremony.

Future "Handimanagers" committed to inclusion

The "HandiManagement" label not only raises awareness, it also highlights the acquisition of inclusive managerial behavior and the ability to create a working environment in which everyone can develop their full potential, making these students key players for inclusion in their future teams.

Through this initiative, Université Côte d'Azur reaffirms its commitment to an ambitious disability policy and to the success of every student.
