On November 24, 2023, Université Côte d'Azur and Apec signed a partnership agreement on the Valrose campus, with the aim of both facilitating the professional integration of Université Côte d'Azur graduates and supporting the Human Resources Department in their recruitment and skills management projects.

The agreement between the two partners has a dual objective:
- To enable students in initial and continuing vocational training to master the tools needed to help them enter and progress in the job market, and to gain a better understanding of the executive job market.and career development, to gain a better understanding of the executive job market and to gain easier access to employment once they have graduated.
- Optimize recruitment of Université Côte d'Azur staff, through the deployment of joint actions.

Facilitate the professional integration of Université Côte d'Azur students.

Under this agreement, Université Côte d'Azur undertakes to inform its students, continuing professional education trainees, work-study students, recent graduates, doctors/doctors and alumni about the services offered byApec's services to help them optimize their search for an internship, work-study program or 1st job, as well as the events organized by the association, and to associate Apec with events organized by the University. A special communication campaign will also be organized to direct Master's students and recent graduates to the #ObjectifPremierEmploi workshops.
Thanks to this agreement, Université Côte d'Azur alumni and trainees in continuing professional education (FPC) will be able to benefit from personalized advice on career development, via the Conseil en Evolution Professionnelle (CEP).

For its part, Apec is committed to helping Université Côte d'Azur staff (students/alternates, continuing professional education trainees, young graduates, doctoral candidates/doctors) find employment via its remote services (digital tools, webatings, etc.). (digital tools, web workshops, telephone CV advice, video recruitment interview simulation, etc.) and face-to-face (individual appointments, workshops, events to put you in touch with recruiters, etc.). The Association will also provide support for Université Côte d'Azur alumni and FPC trainees considering their professional development, to help them with their plans for internal/external mobility, retraining, expatriation or business start-up. She may also take part in events organized by Université Côte d'Azur or co-lead workshops.

Supporting Université Côte d'Azur HR teams

Université Côte d'Azur has decided to re-launch its partnership with Apec in order to optimize recruitment of executive skills. Université Côte d'Azur is the 4th largest public-sector employer in the region, and as such plays a key role in the employment ecosystem.Apec, which works for the employment of executives and young graduates from Bac+3. Université Côte d'Azur will continue to share opportunities available within the establishment on the Apec job board, and to participate actively in events organized by Apec (webinars, sponsorship, job-dating, etc.) to disseminate these opportunities. Université Côte d'Azur was also present at the New Jobs Days organized by Apec on November 8. The previous year, participation in this event had led to the recruitment of two young graduates. The school will also be associating Apec with the meetings it organizes (workshops, forums, conferences, etc.).

For its part, Apec will support Université Côte d'Azur's HR teams in their recruitment and skills management projects, providing advice on how to publish job offers on Apec.fr, accessing the CV library, and taking part in practical HR mornings and workshops (employer branding, conducting interviews, integrating new employees, etc.). Apec will also be making its digital resources available to Université Côte d'Azur: job offers, job descriptions, studies on the executive job market, videos, expert opinions, simulators, and any useful links to facilitate access to employment.

This joint effort, already underway and strengthened by the formalization of this partnership, will enable us to recruit and integrate talented individuals in a variety of fields, and develop the employability of Université Côte d'Azur staff.

"Université Côte d'Azur is the 4th largest public employer in the département, and therefore has a privileged place in the region's business ecosystem.Apec, which works for the employment of executives and young graduates. We are therefore delighted to sign this agreement today, both to further enhance the employability of the various student groups atUniversité Côte d'Azur students, but also to deploy actions to optimize the recruitment of our future employees at Université Côte d'Azur."Jeanick Brisswalter, President of Université Côte d'Azur

I'm delighted with this partnership, which confirms the actions already undertaken jointly in the region, and will enable us to roll out new ones. We have made access to the first job one of our priorities, and are mobilized on a daily basis to ensure that the right connections are made between companies, which are finding it increasingly difficult to find executive skills, and the young graduates we support in particular, in line with our public service mission.
