The University has moved up from 557th to 328th place worldwide, and is now ranked in the national TOP5, despite the fact that the number of universities ranked has risen again this year.
On a national level, Université Côte d'Azur ranks among the top 5 French universities (out of 60 French institutions rankeds, up from 50 in 2024), and ranked 328 worldwide (out of 1,744 ranked establishments) and 156th in Europe (out of 556 ranked European establishments).
5th in France for "Environmental impact", sub-heading "environmental education".
5th nationally in the "Social impact" section , sub-section "health and well-being".
QS world sustainaibility 2025 The "QS World University Rankings Sustainability" aims to assess the extent to which universities are meeting environmental, social and governance challenges - ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria.
