Université Côte d’Azur, with the support of its Foundation and its partners—the Ippolito Group, Ethic Solutions HR, and the Azur Institute—is pleased to invite you to the first edition of the “Future of Work” roundtable. A strategic event dedicated to the major transformations taking place in organizations, professions, work, management, and skills.

The roundtable will bring together speakers from the business, academic, local government, and entrepreneurial sectors, alongside other invited experts and decision-makers, including:

• Pierre Louette, Les Echos - Le Parisien - Orange Group - AFP - Graduate of Sciences Po and ENA

• Pierre Ippolito, President of the Ippolito Group, Vice President of the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Area, 4th Deputy Mayor in charge of business, commerce, economic development, and higher education for the city of Nice.

• Sabrina Loufrani, University Professor of Business and Management Sciences. Project Manager for Human Resources (HR) Development, having previously served as Vice President in charge of HR and Organizational Development 

The session will be moderated by Anne-Sophie Peyran, Director of Communications and Branding at Université Côte d’Azur.


A Q&A session with the audience will also provide an opportunity to continue the discussion with the speakers.

The discussion will focus in particular on:

  • the evolution of skills and talent expectations;
  • management transformations;
  • the impact of new technologies and hybrid work models;
  • challenges related to engagement, knowledge transfer, and attractiveness;
  • strengthening collaboration between universities, students, alumni, and employers.
