With the arrival of spring, and on the World Perfume Day, Université Côte d'Azur adds a new dimension to its identity, with a video presentation of its sensory signatures. The olfactory and sound signatures were created thanks to the creativity of our students and the expertise of our teaching and research staff.

To federate its community and increase its influence in France and internationally, Université Côte d'Azur is continuing to develop its signature-manifesto through sensorial signatures. A particular highlight is the creation of the first olfactory identity for a higher education establishment.

Fleur d'Azur: the olfactory signature born from the alliance of knowledge and nature

Université Côte d'Azur now boasts an olfactory signature created by students in the MSc Flavor and Fragrance Management program at Université Côte d'Azur, thanks to the expertise of teacher-researchers at the Institut d'Innovation et Partenariats d'Azur.Institut d'Innovation et de Partenariats "Arômes Parfums et Cosmétiques", based in Grasse - the world capital of perfume and a UNESCO world heritage site.

Guided by the riches of our region, born from the alliance of knowledge and nature, this home fragrance embodies the essences of our region: land & sea. Top notes - fresh lemon, heart notes - marine & mimosa and base notes - powdery, musk and woody.

Drawingon the values and ambitions of the Université Côte d'Azur, spreading academic and scientific excellence around the world, drawing on the wealth of its Mediterranean territory

These were the inspirations of the MSc Sound Design and Music on Screen students who imagined́ Université Côte d'Azur's signature sound.
An original and unique musical composition, recorded with the Orchestre national de Cannes and the DOLBY partner under the direction of Mr. Jean-François Trubert, University Professor of Musicology at the Ecole Universitaire de Recherche Arts et Humanités. The result of an innovative, in-house engineering approach, this new musical identity embodies the DNA and vision of Université Côte d'Azur. It is deployed in all communication media.
