At the start of the second mandate of the new governance of Université Côte d'Azur, the decision was taken at the Board meeting on January 23 to put the Université Côte d'Azur account on the social network "X" (formerly Twitter) on standby.
By no longer respecting its commitments to European laws, the X social network has adopted an editorial line that has been identified as facilitating the spread of disinformation.
Université Côte d'Azur has chosen to cease all activity on its X account, in the hope that showing unity might encourage us to rethink our practices in order to share all forms of knowledge, develop critical thinking and contribute to the formation of enlightened minds.
Université Côte d'Azur maintains its active presence on other social platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube and Facebook, on its website, where it will continue to share information, scientific work and promote objective knowledge.
